Raena Granberry, Community Outreach Liaison, Will be presenting on Maternal Mental and Physical Health, including the birth disparities that have caused the California State Department of Public Health to create the Black Infant Health program and all the steps being taken at our organization as well as statewide to combat these issues for mothers of all races and income levels.

The interactive portion will include:
1. A blind folded diaper changing contest
2. Test your pregnancy knowledge quiz where Rotary members will hold up cards stating "true/false" on questions like: 
  • Pregnant women should not eat fish
  • Post Partum depression is simply "Baby Blues"
  • Women are born with maternal instincts, etc.
